The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP), has announced the results for the first and second year inter exams 2025 today, April 12. Students can access the AP Inter scorecards by visiting the official websites at resultsbie.ap.gov.in and bieap.gov.in. They will need to input their roll number and birth date as mentioned on their admit card to access their respective mark sheets.

In case the BIEAP and Manabadi websites experience heavy traffic, students can also check their results through various mobile apps such as Kaizala Mobile App, APCM connect, AP Fiber TV, People’s First Mobile App, and DigiLocker.

AP Inter 1st, 2nd Year Result 2025: Highest Pass Percentage In A Decade

This year’s IPE results have recorded the highest pass percentage in the past decade, HRD Minister Nara Lokesh said while announcing the result. As many as 70 per cent of the students who the 1st year exams passed while 83 per cent of the 2nd year students qualified. The overall pass percentage for Vocational stands at 62% for first year and 77% for second year.

A total of 38,553 candidates appeared for the 1st year exam out of which 23,991 candidates passed. A total of 33,289 candidates appeared for the 2nd year exam out of which 25,707 candidates passed.

Krishna has emerged as the top performing district in the AP Inter 2nd Year Results 2025 with a pass rate of 93 per cent followed by Guntur at 91 per cent, and NTR district at third position with 89 per cent. East Godavari, SPSR Nellore, and Visakhapatnam each registered a pass percentage of 87 per cent.

In the AP Inter 1st Year Results 2025, Krishna district secured the highest pass percentage at 85 per cent, followed by Guntur with 82 per cent and NTR district with 81 per cent.

This year, the AP Inter 1st-year exams were held from March 1 to March 19, 2025, and the 2nd-year exams took place from March 3 to March 20, 2025. To pass the AP intermediate first and second-year exams, students are required to attain a minimum of 35 per cent marks both overall and in each subject.

AP Inter Results 2025: How to Check Online?

Step 1: Go to the official website of BIEAP at bie.ap.gov.in or resultsbie.ap.gov.in

Step 2: On the website’s homepage, search for and click on AP Inter 1st/ 2nd year Result 2025 link

Step 3: A new window will open, where candidates will have to enter their roll number in the given fields, and then hit the submit button.

Step 4: Once submitted, the AP Inter 1st or 2nd Year result 2025 will appear on the screen

Step 5: Download and take a print out of the page for further use.

Upon downloading the AP Intermediate Results, candidates must check the details mentioned on the scorecard. The mark sheet will include details such as the student’s name, hall ticket number, subject-wise marks, total marks obtained, grades, and qualifying status.

AP Inter Result 2025: Previous Year Pass Percentages

The AP inter 2nd-year general students recorded a pass percentage of 78 per cent last year. The passing percentage for the Intermediate 2nd year examination in 2023 was 72 per cent, and in 2022, it was 61 per cent. The board recorded a remarkable 100 per cent pass rate in 2021 with 5,08,672 candidates appearing for the board examinations. In 2020, the pass percentage was 63 per cent and it was 72 per cent in 2019.

A total of 67 per cent of the students passed the first year exams last year. In 2023, the pass rate was 61 per cent. The AP board achieved 100 per cent pass percentage in 2021. Between 2020 and 2019, the pass percentage has remained between 50 to 70 per cent.
